what happen to my home made ketchup?
Question about fermenting ketchup. I always want to make my own ketchup, so I found this recipe, followed it, but on the third days there's white film on top of it! what is it? what should I do now? please help! :(
That's mold...trash it. Need to make the solution more acidic, less oxygen, or stronger probiotic solution.
