Baked Red Bean Rice Cake 紅豆烤年糕

Love this recipe! Very easy to make, and it is yum! I didn't cooked my red beans long enough this time, but it gives the cake a extra crunch to it which I love. I used coconut milk instead of 2% milk, and added extra 25g of red beads to the recipe. Here's the link to the recipe
