Baked Red Bean Rice Cake 紅豆烤年糕

Love this recipe! Very easy to make, and it is yum! I didn't cooked my red beans long enough this time, but it gives the cake a extra crunch to it which I love. Triple Down Chocolate Cake

wow~ it has been awhile(years) since I made any cakes, here's one just made today. It is a moist chocolate cake with quick chocolate frosting and chocolate ganache then finish with chocolate shaving in the center; where the candle will go.

It came out great! we love it very much. Because I don't have big steamer so I steamed the batter in the rice cooker insert made that into a family style. Thank you for the recipe Carol.

I love eating artichokes, the best to eat it is steaming them in the steamer. So I decided to grow my own. Found someone on Amazon selling the artichoke plants, I ordered them right away. And as you can see the plants arrived dried out, wilted, and one plant was dead already! three others are in very bad shape! This is what happen when you don't do your research about the seller(Hirts) and reading feedbacks before ordering.
